Audio, YouTube, or both. Whether you want your whole show audited or just want someone to take it off your plate, I make every episode point to what you sell. No starting over. No chasing downloads. No new offer.
Rizza had 55 episodes and 439 plays in almost three years. She did not record anything new.
I audited her whole show, rewrote the front door so the right people could find it, reworked every episode so each one points somewhere, and moved her to a real host.
Six months later she had 1,438 downloads, listeners in 89 countries, and page one of Apple for “branding for entrepreneurs.”
“Creating content feels like shouting into the void. Seeing these numbers makes it all worth it.”
They are just not set up to turn a listener into a client. The episodes are good. You are good. But nothing tells a new listener who the show is for, what to do next, or how to work with you. So people listen, love it, and go back to their day.
It doesn’t matter if your show is audio only, on YouTube, or both. I help with all of it. What I do differently is start with you, not the edit. We get solid on what you sell and who it’s for, and then every episode gives your listener or viewer their next best step.
Your back catalog is an asset, not a liability, and the episodes you already recorded can work for the offer you already sell.
You don’t need a new offer. You need your podcast to actually work for the one you have.
I go through your whole show and build a strategy around what you sell. Then I rework the outside of your show (title, author line, description, cover art) and every episode’s title, show notes, and next step, in batches you approve. You keep the strategy document. I can move you to a better host if you need it.
Payment plans available.I pick up with your next episode and keep it running. Editing, uploading, scheduling, titles, and show notes, every week. Want your older episodes reworked too? Add the audit any time.
Billed monthly.Your podcast on YouTube, or videos made just for your channel. I edit them to keep people watching, give every video a clear next step, and can manage the whole channel for you.
Billed monthly.I build your show the right way from day one, so your very first episode already points to what you sell.
Payment plans available. Not sure which one fits?
Some came to me before episode one. Some came to me more than fifty episodes in. I run every one like it is my own. Tap play to hear a moment, or open the show in your app.

Moms Who Podcast is the show I run now. Mama Knows Business was my first. Both have ranked in the global top 2 percent on Listen Notes, and every strategy I use for clients, I tested on my own shows first.
Where I teach moms how to get clients from their podcasts. The trailer premiered in December 2022, and almost four years later it is still going strong.
My very first show and my teaching ground. I’m not releasing new episodes there anymore, but everything I learned the hard way on it is what I now do right for every client.
Listen to the archive →Clips from your episodes, yes. But also reels for your account, planned around what you sell, so they stop the scroll and send the right person somewhere. And if you want your show on YouTube, I edit full episodes with a clear next step so the right viewer knows exactly where to go. I have spent the last 14+ months building my own channel, and I bring that into every edit.
See my own channel @pamelakrista →My podcast is about to hit 20,000 downloads, so I built a live interactive page that my community and listeners can follow along with, and made a reel series to count down with them, starring my husband and our two oldest daughters. In these videos, I asked my husband and my daughters how many downloads they think my podcast had, and when they thought that my show would hit 20,000 downloads.

Wife, mom of five, and a little obsessed with a well-run feed.
I did not set out to be a podcast manager. I started as a web designer in 2018, and in 2022 I launched my first podcast, Mama Knows Business, mostly to see if I could. Three months later Moms Who Podcast was born, and I taught myself every piece of podcasting by doing it on my own show first.
What I kept seeing was good shows that were never set up to bring in clients. So that became my whole thing. I take the show you already have, or the one you are dreaming up, and build it into something that works for your business.
Since then I have launched 65+ podcasts, worked with hundreds of podcasters, built two of my own into the global top 2 percent, and grown a free community of 540+ moms who podcast. My faith is at the center of how I run all of it, and my family comes first. I believe your voice deserves to be heard and your work deserves to be found.
Tell me about your podcast, what you sell, and where you feel stuck. I take on a small number of clients at a time so every show gets real attention. I’ll be in touch with a link to book a call, and we’ll figure out the right place to start.
